Incoming Freshman Aura, ‘29 spoke at the 2025 Global Leadership Summit in August. Invited by Lisa Hill DiFusco of the Heartlight Institute, Aura addressed how adults can help youth by connecting to them, and by introducing them to different resources where they can learn about leadership, and the wonderful benefits that this can bring to the community.

Aura comes to Chesterton Academy from St. John Bosco Schools, and she mentioned both schools, along with The Agathon Institute’s summer program for high schoolers on human flourishing, as great places and experiences that make critical thinking and leadership parts of their philosophy and curriculum.

This year’s summit was held in multiple locations, including the Andrews B. Hale Auditorium at Roberts Wesleyan University. It was a two-day gathering with insights from experts to help leaders make positive influences within their organizations.
